Velocity and possess complementary strengths and backgrounds.
Among the team's greatest strengths, in addition to a successful
investment track record, are its demonstrated financial and
operational management and advisory capabilities. Because
Velocity delivers both capital and counsel to its companies,
this experience both differentiates Velocity in the market
and enhances the performance of portfolio companies. Collectively,
the Team has over 50 years of experience and excellent track
records in equity finance, fund management, high-tech operations
and technology management, business management, and mergers
and acquisitions.
Advisory Board
Velocity has assembled an Advisory Board with significant
expertise and contacts throughout Velocity's target markets.
In addition, each member of the Advisory Board has significant
prior experience working with one or more of the Principals.
The Advisory Board combines industry, academic, and entrepreneurial
expertise, and will play an important role in assisting the
Principals to penetrate targeted markets and identify attractive
investment.
